Semi-finished products:	- Bars and profiles (max. dimension of 210 mm, max. length of 6 000 mm) - Sheet metal (max. thickness of 4 mm, max. dimension of 1 000 x 2 000 mm)
Technology:	- Cutting (max. dimension of 210 mm, max. length of 6 000 mm) - Shearing (max. thickness of 4 mm, max. dimension of 1 000 x 2 000 mm) - Pressing - CNC press braking (max. dimension of 2 mm, max. length of 500 000 mm) - Welding, CO2, WIG - Point welding - Handling equipment (max. 3500 kg)

We offer free capacities of a new modern metal surface finishing plant (powder coating) for the purpose of surface finishing of produced components.

Surface pre-processing: spray degreasing and Fe phosphate treatment

Surface finishing: Electrostatic and electrokinetic application of powder baked-on coating

Quality assurance: Measurement of the layer thickness and coating adhesion (using a grid method), issuing of Test Reports.

Packaging and shipping: As specified in the contract.
